Founded in 2004, Event Accomplished (EA) is a special events planning and management company based in Arlington, Virginia, serving clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We offer full service planning, vendor recommendations, design assistance, and event management. Whether you have done all the planning and just want to relax and to enjoy yourself at your event, or need assistance to plan your entire event, we offer day-of coordination through full planning assistance. We enjoy doing events of all sizes, budgets, locations, styles, and occasions.
Our goal is to make the planning process easier, less stressful and more fun! We want your event to reflect your desire to celebrate something wonderful. We view our relationship with our clients as partnerships and treat you with utmost honesty and respect. We begin with an open discussion about what you are looking for in your event. We listen carefully and are open to any ideas you have. We are sensitive to your budget, your time, and your needs. The EA team has worked at a variety of venues throughout the metro DC area from hotels, to historic properties, to garden/park properties, to restaurants, to golf clubs, universities, military posts, and special events venues. At EA, we strive to provide superior customer services. This means we aim to return your emails and telephone calls within 24-hours; and provide quick turnarounds on proposals and contracts. We do not overbook so that each client receives our fullest attention. We have flexible hours to accommodate our clients' busy schedules. We are available to meet at a location convenient to you during your lunch hour, after work or on select weekends. Your consultant is always just a phone call away. We complete the event planning cycle by asking clients to evaluate us so that we can continuously improve our services.
